Refund Terms:

  1. Minimum rental period: Rental of our Shake'it Prot machine is for a minimum period of 1 year from receipt of the machine. During this period, professionals must agree to keep the machine.

  2. Early termination: After the minimum rental period of 1 year, professionals have the right to terminate the contract at any time by informing us in writing at least 60 days in advance. No cancellation fees will be charged after the end of the minimum rental period.

  3. Return of the machine: In the event of termination of the contract after the minimum period of 1 year, professionals have the right to return the machine to us in satisfactory condition, in accordance with our return guidelines.

  4. Machine condition: Professionals are responsible for the maintenance and proper use of the machine during the rental period. Repair costs may be charged in the event of damage to the machine.
